Our vouchers are blank so that you can decide what you would like to gift. It could simply be an amount of money or you can specify an afternoon tea or sweet treat. Just tell us what you want and we'll handwrite the voucher.

• Pre Booking is essential; please send us a message to make your reservation. 
• Tell us the unique Gift Voucher code and the afternoon tea you wish to book.
• If you wish to change or upgrade the afternoon tea, please tell us at this point. 
• For members of your party not using a Gift Voucher we require a £5 per person deposit at the time of booking.
• You MUST present the voucher on arrival on the day of your booking. Without the voucher we will charge you in full. 
• We take the utmost care to ensure that all reasonable dietary requests are accommodated when visiting the Vintage Tearoom; however, we are unable to guarantee that any item will be 100% allergen free. Please advise us in advance if you have any special dietary requirements. 
• Within 7 days of your booking any deposits paid become non-refundable.  
• Cancellation within 24 hours of your booking will incur full charge, we will give you to option to collect and takeaway the prepared afternoon teas.

                         
  Voucher Terms & Conditions
Your voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 
The date of issue and expiry are clearly written on the front of the voucher. 
We will not issue a refund for any unused OR lost gift vouchers under any  circumstances.                  

• Advanced bookings are essential, and reservations remain subject to availability.
• All our vouchers feature a unique code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash,  replaced if lost and are non-transferable or refundable. We accept no liability for lost or stolen vouchers. 
• We require the gift voucher code when making your reservation.
• The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival at the Vintage Tearoom. 
• If you wish to upgrade or change the Afternoon Tea the Gift Vouchers can be used to pay for, or to contribute towards the payment for, alternative products. 
• If you do not spend the entire balance of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be available on the same voucher after each transaction. The expiry date will remain the same. 
• We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with or duplicated.
• We have made every effort to describe and display as accurately as possible the products that appear on the Website. However, your products may vary slightly from those images, as our desserts, cakes and sandwiches are handcrafted. 
• We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

 In the event of cancellation or amendment to your booking please contact The Vintage Tearoom no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a full charge for the Afternoon Tea.
