We hire out our stunning collection for beautiful events across Staffordshire or for special occasions at home. From sugar tongs to 3 Tier Cake stands we've got everything covered.
Our vintage range is perfect for Weddings, Garden Parties, Hen Do's, Baby Showers and Christenings or just a good old celebration at home with the family.
We also offer catering packages, available for picnics, tea parties and larger events for Afternoon Tea. Catering can be included with china or both can be supplied separately.

We require a 20% deposit of the booking value as confirmation of your order.
This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance is payable no later than 7 days prior to the date of hire. We accept cash, bank transfer or Paypal payment.
Requests for additional items added to the order once the final balance is paid will be accomodated where possible but we can't guarantee that they will be available. Payment for these items is due upon receipt of delivery

Terms and Conditions
- Our hire period covers up to 4 days. Prices quoted are for this period only, additional days may be added but may incur additional cost.
- Damages and/or loss will be charged at the following costs… * Tea Cup or Saucer £6.00 * Tea/Side Plate £2.50 * Larger Plates, Milk Jugs, Sugar Bowls £6.00 * Teapots/Coffee Pots £20.00 * Cake Stands £15.00
- During the hire period breakages or loss of any item is the full responsibility of the hirer until received back and checked. Hirer's will be notified within 72 hours of recorded loss or damage and corresponding charges.
- Items will be, in our opinion, in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks however due to the nature and age of the items patterns, plating and glaze can be expected to show signs of wear.
- Requests for specific items and/or colour schemes will be met where possible but may incur an additional service charge.
- Goods for collection must be repacked safely in their original packaging. We expect our China to come back washed and dried, if cleaning is required an additional charge will be applied as discussed at the consultation stage.
- Thread a Little Love& The Vintage Tearoom (Hawkesyard) takes no responsibility in the event of any injury to any party through breakage of any equipment or any other accident during hire period.
